I had an excellent experience with Giraffe! I emailed them late at night with a query and got a response first thing next morning from Kat. I then rang and spoke with her and my bouquet was ready for collection that afternoon. I’m in NI so was arranging for collection from Kimpton Clocktower Manchester by my daughter’s uni friend as a surprise for her birthday. Giraffe were very helpful and my daughter absolutely loved her bouquet - she said it looked amazing and smelled even better! Thank you, Kat!

Bouquet was pretty but flowers only lasted a day… it was kept in a vase of water and on my desk (i don’t use a heater in my room but it’s a good cool temperature). 20 pounds down the drain :( didn’t even get to enjoy the flowers
