Bought a item which was wrongly described I’ve spent over £100 on the item another £100 for the garage to tell me it’s the wrong part tried getting in touch with them to take it back they send me a post office barcode… which post office won’t accept because it’s too heave 27 missed calls and they still won’t answer or answer my emails.

I bought a Fiat gear lever it never arrived and the I quired it with the courier DPD and they told me they had delivered it and sent me the photo Not our house so I started complaining then Gio Export said it was delivered to a collection point 9 miles from my house Non the less I eventually got my part used but in good condition thank you Gio Export

Made a couple of enquiries regarding one part but, as with a few others recently, after a few days I got no reply. I then asked if they were trading or never answered any customer queries. This triggered a rather disappointing and personally insulting response from them. To add some balance, there are some recent good reviews, but I suspect that one or two of them may be self congratulation. I would usually find some positive points to highlight, most of my reviews contain encouraging comments where appropriate, unfortunately my experience in this case, was entirely disappointing. I now find it difficult to believe that any potential purchases I may have made, would have resulted in acquiring useable components, if at all.
