I did the "Launch Pad" one day course with no intention of doing any further training but by the end of the day I'd signed up to the 6 month "Inspiring Speakers Programme"!!! I have no regrets whatsoever - from the fun monthly workshops, the structured support network in between, to the final "Gala Finale" evening the course was absolutely brilliant. The team manage to tease the very best out of everyone, and give you the confidence to go forward. If you're afraid of public speaking (I was terrified) then you should definitely go for it - knowing you've faced your fear and done it, with lots of gentle hand-holding, encouragement and support from the Ginger team and your fellow students is the best thing ever!!
