Our wedding at Somerley House (5/11/22) would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for ginger catering - who went over and beyond for all our food. Every dish was so special and delicious it was more like a 5 star restaurant experience rather than a wedding banquet. The guests could not have praised our menu more with some saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. Sally was just amazing throughout our planning experience who not to mention remained so patient with all three of our postponements due to Covid. She is professional yet so friendly and calm - it was like I was talking to one of my friends who I trusted. She knew exactly what I wanted and completely understood and still delivered even when I needed to cut back on costs. What an incredible catering company that I am honoured to have worked with. We used Ginger as our caterers for our wedding earlier this month. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. From the outset, Ginger were amazing. In particular, Emily went above and beyond to help address and resolve all of our many questions, from napkin choices, extra fridge storage, dietary requirements and canape choices. I was fairly stressed in the run up to the event and Emily and her team made me feel confident about the wedding and the logistics. On the day the service was seamless. From the serving of the drinks to the canapes - I couldn't fault Ginger. The dinner was also absolutely superb and tasted exactly the same as it did at our initial tasting. We were really pleased and impressed with Ginger who provided the catering for our wedding in July 22. Sally's communication leading up to the event was great. We got so many complements from our guests about the food, especially from our guests with special dietary requirements who felt well looked after. On the day coordination was brilliant and included some thoughtful touches such as saving a plate of canapes for the bride and groom. We would definitely recommend Ginger!

OMG!! what a company. You made our wedding day perfect. The wedding breakfast was vast. All guest commented on the amazing meat and lovely food. Our evening food was also great.
