    This post office is never open until the time it should be. Have rushed to it a couple of times now before closing to find lights off and door closed. Either update your opening times or keep it open until actual closing time.

    How many reviews do you need to understand that there is a serious problem with the basic fundamentals of customer service in your branch? You clearly don't take customer service or complaints seriously because the problems persist. You don't need to be contacted directly to investigate, you need to train your staff correctly. The female staff are ALL miserable. Great customer service is always to welcome your customers with a smile, always have a polite manner, always be courteous, never be patronizing, rude, miserable or all the things you let your staff get away with. Sort it out and ensure the level of service is then maintained. I try and avoid your post office like the plaque, unfortunately sometimes it's unavoidable and I have to use you. It's always the same, it's been going on for years. No excuse.

    It is small and very busy. The staff are kind and helpful. But it could do with more of them. Queues can form along the narrow pavement which is not such a good thing.
