I am surprised to see a low rating. I have found the practice receptionists, nurses and doctors to be extremely caring, helpful and work very hard. We are lucky to have such a wonderful practice on our doorstep. I have lived here for 17 years and have always had a positive experience. Highly recommend. :-)

My RAF veteran brother went to them complaining of chest pains and breathlessness (he was having a heart attack) and they refused to let him be seen by a doctor, or make an appointment, because he currently lives in France. I am utterly shocked and horrified that this place should employ people with no compassion, who don't know the law and who are obviously *so* xenophobic, that anyone 'not us', can die on their doorstep as far as they're concerned. I am so angry I will be taking this to the national press! Eventually he went to A&E where he was whisked into a critical care ward immediately and is scheduled for heart surgery. He served his country, and this is how they treat a British veteran.
