Fab customer service, lovely small business, would definitely go back. Tony is a real star! My daughter had a lovely idea for her secret Santa but left it till the last minute as teenagers do. I phoned and Tony suggested I pop in to see what he had. We chose a really cute dinky trophy to be engraved by the end of the week. Darling daughter then revealed she needed it the same day to take to college the next. I went to pick the trophy up to get it engraved after Christmas and Tony had squeezed it in! It was so lovely, daughter was over the moon, she even printed a little certificate to give to her friend.
