I was incredibly impressed with the teams attention to detail and knowledge. They went above and beyond, answering questions in detail about the sourcing and materials of the rings we were interested in, and liaising with the jeweller to ensure the setting of the stone had additional clasps so it could be worn every day. Lovely recent experience here - importantly felt very Covid safe with sensible precautions - great selection of pretty and unusual pieces from a variety of craft jewellers. My partner bought me a lovely silver/gold fairly chunky ring with a very pretty stone - a one off piece that I don't imagine I will see elsewhere. It is being resized for me, at no additional cost. Very happy with the service which was helpful but not over-bearing at all & they were happy for us to browse as much as we liked until I was ready to try something on.
