Excellent experience and service. Would thoroughly recommend Chris and Amie to anyone thinking of buying a log burner and having it installed. From survey to installation - everything was spot on. Well organised, good communication throughout and the end result was exactly what we were hoping for - Chris even cleaned up afterwards and, but for the new log burner sitting in our lounge, we wouldn't have known he'd been in the house ! Good choice of burners to choose from, great advice on what size and heat output would suit the room / house, the type / shape / size of flue, etc, - it all came with the service and at a good price too. We looked at loads of other places / suppliers / shops, and were starting to lose the will to live with myriad options, advice, costs, poor response times, ridiculously high quotes, etc. Chris and Amie cut through all of that for us - so if you're thinking about a burner, make it easier for yourself and go to Chris and Amie first.

The changes I asked for were made without fuss and Chris went out of his way to meet my requirements on my awkward chimney. Everything was done to the agreed timescales, left clean and tidy inside and out, and the replaster to finish off was perfect. Highly recommended.
