The residential door entrance door is broken for a month now. A number of Gilgen engineers visited and could not correctly identify a problem or did it wrong. We have paid thousands for different unnecessary parts exchange and the door is still broken. The customer service is useless with so many assistants there. The manager James Handley is refusing to communicate professionally. Would NO recommend Gilgen door system at all. Even from the very first visit before making the door they did incorrect the door area measurement.
