Gilders yard is a perfect choice for students as well as for families. Its safe, super clean, well maintained new property with excellent maintenance service from the staff. Whether it is plumbing, electric or any issues, the team is always super responsive and quick in action and very helpful staff especially Zara, Sonia & Gurinder. They also go the extra mile by initiating small activities by inviting the residents for coffee and snacks together on occasions. The city center is 20 mins by walk and has good bus, tram connectivity + Tesco express shop (open 6 am to 11 pm) across the street makes life alot easier. Bar street has a lot of street parking space too. Most of the residents are students & couples along with few families. Some time student noise over weekends may disturb but the staff takes feedback & action on the same. Overall 5 stars :)

The apartments are spacious, the furnishings are surprisingly high quality, and there are more amenities than you would normally expect for the price. Special shout out to the reception team Zara, Gurinder and Sonia who do a fantastic job of taking care of the residents!

Do not pay for a parking space and expect to be able to use it. The staff will use it for their personal space. The reception will not apologise or help in anyway. Rude and unhelpful staff ruin a nice complex
