A fantastic day spent with Jane who is great fun and delightful company! Jane takes you through the whole process of making the most delicious chocolates and I left with my creations which the family have enjoyed! Lunch provided is lovely and we spent some time in Jane’s beautiful garden taking in nature around the pond. Highly recommend Jane as a Tutor.

The best chocolates I have ever tasted, and my friend and I did a wonderful day-long course with the wonderful Jayne! Jayne is so gentle, and the pace of the day was beautifully relaxed. I am no cook and that's an understatement, but Jayne was there every step of the way and I only ever did as much as I wanted to do (whilst eating loads of chocolate). Conversation was wide-ranging and fascinating. Lunch was excellent (homemade soup, homegrown salad, fab bread and local cheeses), and we were lucky with the weather so dined outside under the trees, beside the pond (complete with water lillies). My friend and I came away feeling as if we had been properly away on a holiday, and vowed to each other that we would go again, at least once a year! (And we came away with boxes and boxes of chocolates!). Jayne is the loveliest company, the place is gorgeous, and the chocolate itself fabulous.
