I have followed Gigi and Olive on Instagram long before becoming engaged! I have always been obsessed. Since becoming a fiancé I have ordered twice!! And will definitely be placing future orders. The product is STUNNING. It’s even more special and beautiful in person. The fabric is gorgeous and the personalized embroidering is so unique and meticulously done. My order arrived packaged luxuriously and came to Canada very quickly!! The customer service is impeccable! When I was worried my linen bow would not arrive on time, the team replied to me almost immediately and accommodated priority shipping! I can not recommend them enough! This is the number one stop for everything hen, everything on their website is so unbelievably beautiful, and all of the hand embroidery was stunning and the bride was so happy! Sophie was so helpful throughout the process of ordering and even rushed the order for us as it was a last minute mini celebration. Can’t wait to order again for my friend’s hen party this year 👰🏻♀️

Always such amazing customer service from GiGi and Olive. My friend loved all her items for her hen party and wedding (even if her veil lasted a couple of minutes on the boat before it was blown into the water haha). She kindly gifted me the maid of honour package too which I loved. Everything is such great quality. It’s lovely to have items for a hen party that aren’t tacky and things you will treasure. I just hope they continue to make more items now all my friends are married and needing baby items instead.. hint hint GiGi and olive :) Thank you Sophie for going above and beyond recently for my friends bracelet when they didn’t have the colour I needed. This is really what going above and beyond means.

I couldn't rave about their customer service more highly! I'd fallen in love with an item I wanted for my wedding but when I went to order it, it was out of stock. Sophie and Georgie were so wonderfully helpful, they were able to confirm when it would be back so I pre-ordered. The quality of the robe I ordered is fantastic. A great experience all round. Would definitely recommend!
