We visited the restaurant on 30th April. The waitress greeted us with complete indifference and like she was doing us a favour - zero customer service! We were sat down at a table and given menus …. Then completely ignored. So we walked out. Awful experience which is in stark contrast to other Giggling Squid restaurants we’ve eaten in. Don’t bother! This restaurant really needs to look at customer service.
