I never normally write a review, let alone give a bad one, but due to my very bad experience, I felt it was necessary to write a review. I visited giggling squid a couple of years back and enjoyed my meal, so for my birthday my partner took me to the giggling squid on Friday 28th of April. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao meal, unfortunately my second visit this time left me suffering from extremely bad food poisoning in the early hours of the following morning. I contacted the restaurant later that day, and spoke with the manager, who was apologetic, took my contact details and informed me that head office would be in touch. I've had no contact since. I am appalled that the restaurant feels the best way to deal with food poisoning is to ignore it. I won't be returning.
