I've had my Giganet install since the beginning of April and have not had any issues with the service at all. The installation went smoothly and without a hitch, which to be honest surprised me a little, but there were no problems. The Amazon eero router has a little less wifi range than my previous providers router, but I've not had any issues. Definitely worth 5 stars so far.

Not sure why Giganet only has a score of 3.1 out of 5. My service has been rock solid since the day it was installed, and even that was smooth sailing, and getting what I pay for in terms of speed, never below 500mb. More than happy with the service

Honestly the best internet for speed and reliability. Had maintenance work a couple of times but able recieve updates via email. I have tried most services by so far Giganet is top! I would highly recommend.

We was with Air Broadband and got switched to Zybre and that went bust the same week. Giving a switch over date and receiving the router was quick from Giganet. Switch over day was very simple, plug the router in download the app and that was it. Up and running in less than 5 minutes, speed is well over the 900mb advertised as well, more like 1000mb
