    Absolute shambles this company, we agreed to purchase a bunch of iMacs and PCs from them Took over a month to arrive with excuse after excuse, then followed by this we sent someone to collect on the condition he would be paid for by them. They agreed but then refused once the few items was collected. Once the machines finally arrived they was fully of THE MANCHESTER COLLEGE data / firmware locks and remote management, for a data destruction company this is extremely poor and unprofessional. We managed to get some locks removed and was agreed some kind of refund for the not so grade B iMacs, and a refund on the PCs along with funds back that cost to collect. Since then Daniel has blocked us off WhatsApp, and no longer willing to deal with this. I would strongly recommend never to use this company for either sales for data destruction and IT disposal, they will take your kit and flip it for a quick profit to the highest bidder without a care to either party.

    AVOID! This company will run you around and waste your time. We booked a collection for the 5th of August, and got told the day before that it would not happen due to staff absence. We re-booked for the 18th of August, only for no one to arrive or contact us. I called at 17:15 to find out what was going on, only to be told "the truck was too full" and we would have to be booked for August 23rd.

    I normally wouldn't send a review but these guys went above and beyond at every stage of me buying a laptop. Chris in particular went to the trouble of explaining the diffences and finding models that catered for my exact needs. A small issue after purchase was resolved immediately and without fuss. The extended warranty took all the worry out of buying a refurb and the company is big enough that you know they will be there to honour it if needed. I will be buying all future laptops from here without question. Thanks guys.
