Very slow service, over 40 minutes for a panini and done very limp leaves, that was supposed to be a side salad. The staff looked very unhappy and weren't very friendly. We have used Gibson's coffee shop quite a lot in the past, but we won't be rushing back. Very disappointing âšī¸
