I don’t even want to give 1 star. Should be minus 5. Shocking place. Reception Staff are rude. Ask them to remove my number from records as harassed by texts numerous times. Still come through. Nurses are lovely if you can get to see one

Absolutely disgusting how I got spoke to on the phone. Wanted a sicknote extension and said I did it through app and received a text to say it will be before 7th which tobe honestisnt bad but not great as i need it asap and i told the person on the phone i did it on their and the person on the phone said their isn't an app... Well read up on it their is the NHS App!

Absolutely horrendous, the call lines are diabolical - regularly in the queue for 20-30 minutes only to be hung up on at number 1. No one will answer from 1-2pm. Been misdiagnosed twice-even when asked for a 2nd opinion (which they wouldn't do), both incidents required emergency hospital treatment.

If you are a woman you will be ignored and dismissed here, especially with endometriosis symptoms. I was informed in the past by a GP here that I defiantly did not have endometriosis and it was just ‘normal for me to be in pain’! I had listed all the endometriosis symptoms and this is what they said! I then paid in the end to see a endo specialist privately due to being constantly dismissed and he said immediately that he was 95% certain I had endo and surgery then confirmed this. Since then I have been back to the same doctors with endo symptoms and have still been ignored with them!! Female GP’s are the worst for this as it’s like they don’t believe you because they have never experienced any pain like this before themselves. There is also guidance on endometriosis symptoms for the NHS which time and time again these doctors have completely ignored.

The appointment system is terrible. Cannot understand why they haven't gone back to face to face like other practices. Booked a phone call this morning, (not sure why you book a time because they never phone at that time) the phone rang 3 times, when I tried to call back I couldn't get through. Will probably have to rebook for tomorrow now.
