  This is the best agency that we have worked with. Especially Josh, Sophie , Jake and Mikey . Without them we wouldn't be able to get our dream house. They are very patient and will pick up the phone every time we called , witch was multiple times per day😁. Very profesional and friendly. It didn't matter how many questions we had how many times per day we will call one of them was always there to pick up the phone and answer all our questions. They went abohe and beyond to help us.Thank you for all your help

  Gibson and Brennan OUTSTANDING! I have sold and purchased through these guys now and honestly would not look anywhere else again. I tried multiple agents when attempting to sell my property and kept getting sold the dream in regards to what my property was worth etc and they could not sell it. Every time I called these other agents I was never getting the updates I needed. After months on the market I met with Gibson and Brennan who was given the opportunity to sell my property and got me an unbelievable offer which broke the street record for the highest selling price on our road!! All within 2 weeks, Yes 2 weeks!!! The updates from the office and the commutation was unbelievable and I was never left in the dark at all. I was not even in the country while all this happened. To sum up. I would most definitely recommend these guys to anyone when buying or selling. Thank you once again you have a customer for life and thank you for changing my opinion on estate agents.

  Highly Recommend Gibson & Brennan. Mickey and Jake have a fantastic team who were extremely punctual throughout the sale of our property. After the initial work being carried out by Micky which included drone shots and high quality photos of our property it lasted on the market for less 1 day with an offer for the full asking price being received before 5pm. Throughout the completion process Mickey and Jake were overly accommodating and made sure everything run as smoothly as possible. Start to finish we were complete inside of 3 months and could not fault the service received from G&B. Thanks again.

  We want to say a massive thank you to Jake Gibson, Mickey Brennan and their assistant Adam for their excellent service throughout the process from offer to completion in the purchase of our property in Basildon. We couldn't have asked for any other team better than these guys. Our buying process was made very simple by the super efficient method Jake Gibson used in hastening the process. Chasing the seller's conveyancing, ensuring that both of our conveyancers spoke etc - no task was too big and the rate of completion in 4 months just shows how much dedication Jake and Mickey put in their business.
