The service is great and the team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful - especially Archie. I would highly recommended for all your biking needs.

Absolutely recommend. I have tried many cycle stores over the years and always been left wanting. Took a junior apollo bike for issue with hard pedaling. They fixed the front brake and investigated the hard pedaling issue for no charge. Absolutely delighted. Will be returning in future for any bike problems.

Riding towards Radlett today my bike was making a creaking noise, I decided to go into the Giant Store not thinking they could help me today but I thought I would just ask if they could tell me what the problem was on my bike, not only did they tell me, they fixed it on the spot so I could carry on with my ride . Fantastic service, great staff, very helpful! Definitely recommend 🚴🏽♂️😃
