Excellent bike shop, usually my go-to place unless they can't book me in. Bought my bike here and had a rear wheel replaced under warrantee. No issues. Overall excellent service and support. Extra shoutout to Leo and Anton who are very professional and pleasant as well as easy to deal with. Would strongly recommend the Giant Store to buy a road bike.

I was struggling to replace my tubeless tyre. I tried four different bike stores with no luck, then I went to Giant. They managed to help and sort it straight away, solve the issue and put pressure in the tyre. They also gave advice on how I might do it next time. Attentive and talented team. Highly recommend.
