The staff here were first class when we were looking for bikepacking saddle and bar bags. They took time to load up one of their display bikes with the bags we were interested in and then ordered in the specific models we wanted. I can't recommend them highly enough and although Paddock Wood is not that local for me they are easily the best LBS worth travelling to that I've found.

I've been using Evernden Cycles since I was about 3 years of age in the 70's, all but 1 of my bikes have come from here over the years, I recently purchased a Giant 2022 x1 27.5 which is amazing, the level of service I have received has always been second to none, I have today picked up my Giant 1 29r 2019 from them having had the wheels trued and hope brake pistons greased, guy's yet again an amazing bit of work, thank you so much for everything. The repair work is adequate. However the prices here are double what you would pay at other bike shops. Extremely high for the same quality of work and parts. The reviews here are from people who are not familiar with bikes, and thus aren't aware they are overpaying significantly.
