    Whilst the shop no doubts meets the requirements of experienced cyclists and there are many reviews to support that concept, my experience as a person requiring advice with regard to the purchase of my first electric bike was not so good. I had very little acknowledgment and on leaving the shop was told a lot of models were in boxes, so in effect I was not able to compare. Perhaps I should have telephoned in advance but the website listed a number of electric bikes and the idea of the visit was to see them and also get the professional advise, which for me was not forthcoming and quite a disappointment as Giant was a recommended brand for electric bikes. This post is not to totally discredit the shop as they no doubt do a lot of business but to be aware that ALL customers need attention in order that they make those potential purchases.

    I changed my groupset back from a compact set up and couldn't get the Dow adjustment quite right when putting down some heftier power. The team at Giant Leamington squeezed me in despite a busy schedule, and didn't charge an arm and a leg for what a lot of bike stores would just charge the maximum they can for. Couldn't say enough about the professionalism and friendly local bike shop atmosphere the team conducts themselves with. Thanks again ☺️
