Really bad service. I booked a ticket with them and made a mistake in my booking, they said it will be alright and they promised that they have made the necessary arrangements to rectify it, on reaching the airport they had no clue about rectification made . They give false promises

Very poor service. I travelled with my wife and my 3 month old baby. But we faced lot of issues with the ticket of our baby. I contacted one of the staff in gia but she was very rude and didnt even help us. Even while returning also we had problem with our childs ticket because of that we almost missed our flight, they we contacted the staff nobody picked the call. We wiik never recommended this agency to any of my friends. It will be good if you improve your customer service
