    Have been attending since last summer and absolutely love it! The sessions are really well structured and varied which keep things interesting. All exercises have regressions and the Instructors are very attentive to your form and technique. Bootcamp promotes warming up and cooling down which definitely helps with recovery and remaining injury free. There is events held every 4-6 weeks where anyone is welcome to compete against the other camps, scoring points for your own camp and individually. If you want to get fitter, stronger and faster whilst being supported by a fantastic community then do not hesitate to give it a go.

    I go 2/3 times a week and I love it. It's been a great way to keep fit and I've met lots of wonderful new friends. Workouts are tough but lots of fun and definitely make you see a difference. Scott and Pete work hard to give us varied workouts and we even get extra fitness events each month that they put on especially for the bcuk south community. What more could you want. 💪 Thank you.

    I’ve been attending Bootcamp in Chichester for about a year and a half. I started with very low levels of fitness having not trained regularly for several years. My fitness has improved markedly since then and I’ve had loads of fun along the way. It’s a great way to meet new people and take part in regular social events. There’s often a competitive aspect to the sessions which makes the time fly by. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to approach fitness in a new way.
