Bought a car in Dec 22 seemed a good deal and was told we get a 90 day warranty. Barely done any miles but clutch failed (on motorway) and the warranty company say it excludes wear and tear so it won't be covered. I'd have to get a diagnostic check and then pay this plus repair if it is deemed wear and tear. Why sell a warranty on a 12 year old car if it excludes wear and tear!!
