Great way to learn how 'not to get hit' in a fun and freindly enviroment while learning the dynamic exlusive kickboxing combative moves. Both Solihull and Birmingham classes have a mixture of experience and ages. All instructors are very approachable too!

I've been training there for a bit under a year now and highly recommend it. Ghost elusive combat has helped me to massively improve my footwork and coordination, as well as improve my cardio and stamina. Because the system emphasises evasive movement and striking from angles it teaches you an unorthodox but effective style. It's a great system to cross train in for martial artists of various disciplines but it's also totally accessible to people who are new to martial arts. The classes include a diverse bunch of people of varying ability and experience so the environment is friendly and welcoming. The instructor Ade is also really good at breaking techniques down and explaining them to you. He's friendly and approachable and brings a decent amount of humour to classes. You get a good work out, learn practical skills and have a laugh too which I really like as I think its important to get a good balance.
