A shame as initially the purchase, the engineer etc all seemed to be working fine and went smoothly but then after one breakdown of the system ( my wifes car with kids in it ) it went rapidly downhill after that. 4 times now the Ghost system has stopped working or just refused to acknowledge the button presses. I have emailed three times now, no reply and no answer from my voice message. I was trying to be cordial in asking them to remlove the Ghost systema nd go to one of their other products so neither side would lose money but they dont seem interested. So all I am left with is the ability to try and rubbish their reputation so they dont get any more business and deal with a broken product. Oh and also deal with a very angry wife..thanks

Not great but not very good. After the initial engineer was unable to attend due to sickness (which cannot be helped), and after I had already paid my deposit, I was left in the dark about when an engineer would be able to attend. I was then told one day in advance of the new installation date. The engineers that installed the equipment (which were sub contracted out by 999 Vehicle Security Ltd, which is the company name under which Ghost Installations operates) were helpful. I would encourage you to consider other options.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Feel lucky to have gotten my money back - They WILL attempt to take full payment despite clearly stating on the website you only need to pay a deposit and can clear the balance after installation. Over priced piece of kit which shocking customer service - they will never call you back and I had to record my own calls after the 3rd time of ringing requesting a refund.

AVOID this company absolute cowboys came to mine to fit ghost alarm and tracker said we would get a full demonstration instead after 3 attempts I had the full system removed when the engineer came called dale even he couldn't get it going but told the office a different story I wouldn't recommend these cowboys to my worst enemy
