The crew were all so knowledgeable and welcoming and we had a great group of hunters with us to experience the spirits of the British School museum. Definitely some odd things happened to both of us. Great night at the (Hitchin) British School Museum from start to finish, the location was perfect and the hosts were excellent. The group itself was friendly which was nice. I have never willingly paid to be terrified before, and that escalated especially at the end. Thank you very much for a great night and we hope you come back to Hertfordshire for another Ghost Walk. went to the ghost tour at the british school museum in hitchin, I suffer with anxiety but as soon as I was greeted by the Ghost hunting crew i instantly felt welcomed and included. the night in general was so amazing and the crew in particular were so warm, friendly, welcoming and overall just incredible to be around. At one point I asked if they are looking for anyone to join the team as they were just overall so lovely. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening you have made my experience amazing.

Don’t waste your money or time. There are much more organised companies out there. My friend and I were looking forward to our ghost hunt but came away frustrated and disappointed. For a company called Ghost Hunter Tours, there wasn’t nothing tour like about it! The event started late, had an excessive 1 hour break in the middle (which a staff member also questioned as excessive) and we spent a lot of time waiting for other groups to get back so we could move on. I’d say we spent about 40% of our time sitting around waiting. The staff were unprofessional and unorganised. When this feedback was given (by email out of courtesy before posting this review) and a partial refund requested for our time spent wasted standing around excuses were made. Apparently it’s too high of an expectation to be given a brief history of the place you are visiting. Another company I’ve been with provided a history and it didn’t affect or bias our investigations at all. Will not be booking again
