DO Not waste time going here for anything! went in for 6x 6m lenghts of flat and angle gave the order to staff who wrote it down on a pad told me they had not got some size so i ordered a alternative. The fellow then asked how i was paying so told him cash he then walked off to next room out of sight and got into a chit chat conversation with his colleagues. I stood there 10 minutes looking at the order he wrote down and i walked out and drove off. Use Metal supermarkets for small orders or Barrett's for bigger both have more than helpful staff

Extremely rude members of staff, bought some steel and was advised afterwards that I couldn't collect for half an hour as everyone was on lunch. When I questioned the manager in the office, I was told to hurry up and run a long and get in my car. He said that they've done that for years and they will continue to do it this way. Was not interested in any thing I had to say. Not sure why they don't close their sales office over lunch if they don't supply you with the steel during these hours. I have never been spoken to so badly by a supplier. I will never use this company again. Very bad customer services.
