I've been seeing Dr. Shaker for over three years now and I always feel welcome there. I've been always terrified of dentists ( and had a bad experience in the past) but since I met him my view of going to the dentist is not same! If I have any doubts or concerns he's always approachable with his answers and always tries to you relieve and relax you before the procedure which sometimes is difficult in such a place like a dental practice! I haven't be treated by any other dentist in this practice but I highly recommend Dr Shaker. I have also had a good experience in terms of calling and emailing to the customer service, either routine or emergency appointments. Always polite and easy going. Receptionist also always very friendly.
