Just got off the phone to director Mrs Hirst after managing our property for seven years they still don't know how often an emergency lighting test should be performed as a legal requirement. I'll say that again seven years !!! Professional services I don't think so what do you think. Have a look at the contractors log book on property. I think it's this company GH property that don't understand the concept of Healthy and safety their is no excuse after seven years. Seven years. Seven years. Seven years. Seven years. Seven years. I will say that again they still don't know after seven years of managing the property I live in that they are responsible for health and safety how much longer will these people ignore legal requirements. Please contact me directly happy to share my experience with you including poor understanding of the lease delay interference with an insurance claim water leaks damage and information regarding this unprofessional company in particular they stated on their website that they were a member of the Property Redress Scheme! Yet when I rang the PR Scheme in January 2023 they stated they were not a member and the Property Ombudsman state they only recently joined them!
