    I will say I got lucky compared to some reviews on here I had the same experience as many regarding log books claimed they did the transfer online which should have meant it turned up in 5 working days 14 days later no sign call the dvla and they say they have no record of the online transfer. Luckily he did give me the green slip though so fill out v62 send it off and get the log book back another 2 weeks later. Otherwise the car is okay maybe a little bit overprice considering it has needed new batteries in both keys, and new tire pressure monitor sensors and after further inspection than I was allowed to have when looking at the car at the dealer (which was not much) will soon need new glow plugs and new break pads. Nothing major but just all the stuff that needs doing on a car that is 6 years old and would have been done by other used car dealers. Over all the car I got from them is fine and no major issues I can find so not the end of the world hence the 3 stars that I think are fair

    Absolutely shocking after sales service, my car ended up with two faults they fixed one but the other fault is still on going, I tried to ring up to book the car back in no answer so I drove to the car dealership to be told I would have to ring up after the bank holiday weekend as there was no macanic in.( There was one working on a car on the ramps ) I mentioned that I had tried to ring up and no one answered the phone to be abruptly told they are busy. So again asked if I could book my car in while I was there as it is still under warranty,to be then told I would have to get in a que as it depend on how many cars they sold over the weekend!!!

    awful experience, so glad i never actually purchased my new car from here. When requesting a -refundable- deposit back they were aggressive and condescending over the phone to my partner, ignored countless emails, refused to refund as they had serviced the car although i never requested or agreed to this, especially not to being liable for the cost. I now have my money back via a fraud chargeback from my bank who are now investigating. Has also been reported to the FCA and Action Fraud. No doubt there will be some condescending reply to my review insinuating this situation was my fault, however countless other bad reviews share a similar experience - Take your business and money to a reputable dealership elsewhere with decent salespeople :)
