*UPDATE* - Asked for a refund over a week ago with, unsurprisingly, no reply. I want to preface this by saying I have never left a bad review for anything. However, I have been waiting nearly FIVE MONTHS for an order placed on Boxing Day. This is unfortunately not the first time I've had a bad experience with this company. I had ordered my mum a ring as a Christmas present on the 01/09/22, had to chase them for an update on 09/12/22 and it finally arrived on the 23/12/22. I was sympathetic to the postage strikes at the time and the fact that Christmas would be a busy time for them so I decided to give them a second chance and treat myself as I was really impressed with the quality of the jewellery. I have chased up my second order via email on the 11th of April (approximately 17 weeks since my order was placed) with no response. I received a shipment confirmation on the 24th of April, however my order has still not arrived. I have spoken to DPD directly as it was showing they had not yet received my parcel from them which was confirmed after a phonecall to DPD. We are now verging on 20 weeks since my order was placed with no communication, apology or acknowledgement. Both times I have waited past the 12 week wait time which is stated on their website before I have contacted them, so I don't think I'm being unfair when I say I am extremely disappointed and frustrated when I have been more than patient. I am almost nervous to post this in case it holds up my order further. It's a shame as the first ring I had ordered from them was lovely, but this whole process has given me anxiety. Please send my rings, my fingers are sad :(

AVOID!! I first purchased a ring from ggg at chatsworth christmas market, which unfortunately they didnt have in my size, I was told they could resize one of the others for me and post it out the next day, so that I would receive it in the post a few days later. I ended up having to wait weeks and chase it up myself. I then ordered a ring in November 2022 hoping to give the small business another chance. At no point had I received any notification of shipping and had been checking every few days and it still said it hadn’t been sent out. I waited over 12 weeks for it with no contact from them. When I emailed, they got back to me saying that it has been sent out weeks ago and they would chase it up for me. I then went back and checked the status of my order and it had been updated to ‘shipped’ with DPD that day with DPD awaiting the parcel. So how could it have been sent weeks ago when it also go sent out that day? I was asked by GGG to keep them updated with the DPD tracking, which is just poor customer service. I had to go out of my way to contact DPD myself and forward the information onto GGG If they really did send my order out weeks ago, then they must have sent another out the day they replied to my email - which means they are in fact not made to order like they website claims. They are just kept in stock. I then Had to email again and chase my refund. I am a huge fan of GGG’s designs however the level of service is appalling and I would not recommend them at all. I have worked for several small businesses before and I am a firm believer in supporting small businesses. But my experience with GGG has been nothing but disappointing and stressful. Update based off reply: Just wanted to say that the reply about the issue being ‘amicable’ solved is not true. I was called by the owner after they replied to my review apologizing which has now been edited to make me look bad. I never once said that id change or remove my review. There is no way to solve my issue amicably because my issue was not strictly about my package being lost or a long wait time (which there was). But about a lack of communication and being messed around, I should not have had to chase my order and been given the run around. After the call I had considered giving this business a second chance, but their reply to my review has ruined any hope of this. Hopefully they can sort this business out, but the constant low reviews aren’t looking like anything has changed as of yet. Original post: Disappointed in the lack of customer service. Waited over the 12 weeks for my ring to arrive and no one could provide tracking to even prove it had been sent, only giving me their word. When I finally received tracking it was clear it was never sent and that I had been lied to. They began replying slower and slower to our messages asking for a refund when it became clear we had caught them out, waiting more weeks for the refund to finally be sorted. I understand its a small business, I have no issue with the wait for handcrafted goods. But being lied to is something I cant accept. Wont be buying from them again.

I emailed about my order after waiting 14 weeks, it suddenly was ready to dispatch lol, poor order communication and very thin band on my ring which you can not see in photos on the site. I suggest a short 360degree video of what the jewellery looks like within each item link would be beneficial to customers. Didn’t bother returning the ring as I wasn’t hopeful I’d get a refund. I appreciate this is a small business and they are trying their best but surely more staff wouldn’t hurt if the waiting times are so long.

My experience with GGG was exhausting, similar to a large amount of reviews unfortunately. My order took 151 days (21 WEEKS) for me to receive what I ordered: 21/10/22 - Ordered a Boo stacker ring & a Monstera ring 19/11/22 - 1 month later I had not received any update on my order other than the confirmation that is automated with purchase. I emailed asking if there were any updates, I was reminded it can take up to 6 weeks for the jewellery to be created (I think GGG not long after, updated their policy to 12 weeks). I was told everything will be sent my Christmas. 23/12/22 - Received my order after 8 weeks... I received the wrong Boo ring & the Monstera ring was the wrong size, which is my fault. I sent a mail with confirmation of what I had received & requested to send the Monstera ring back to be resized. 6/1/23 - GGG responded to my mail & let me keep the incorrect Boo ring. 23/1/23 - I sent the Monstera ring back to GGG with 1st class postage that I paid for. 26/1/23 - Received email stating that I had to wait for the initial Boo stacker ring that I ordered in October to be casted... basically taking me back to a 3 month waiting time the I had already waited. 21/2/23 - 3 weeks later I chased up asking if my return had been received, as I had not heard anything since the 26th of Jan... no response. 2/3/23 - Chased up again requesting a refund as I was exhausted constantly chasing my order up after months. I received a response stating that my order would be looked at the next day. 3/3/23 - I sent an email in the afternoon asking for the update that I was promised... no response. 15/3/23 - I requested a refund again, I felt like I was doing a side hustle emailing GGG, the communication was abysmal. I got a response straightaway, it seemed that GGG never received my return that I had sent 7 weeks ago. 20/3/23 - I finally received my order! I felt that GGG tried to make me feel guilty for chasing up an order that was wrong, that I had waited patiently for & that I had paid for, when as a customer I should not be sending emails requesting updates anyway. To name a few; I understand that Christmas is busy, that there was snow meaning the shop was closed for a week, that unfortunately there was a bereavement, that half of the team had COVID, however as a customer I did really not appreciate being made to feel that these were my issues. As a business you have to manage these issues, not put this on your customers. Running a small business is difficult & as a customer I understood that when I purchased from you, but it does not excuse everything that I & clearly others have experienced. I would also like to echo the other reviews here, throughout this entire experience when my emails were not being responded to, there was constant posting on Instagram stories, which angered me even more as I couldn't get a response for weeks on end on some occasions. The only positives from this was that I was given a £15 refund, £5 for the postage that I had to pay to return the Monstera ring & £10 for the overall inconvenience that I experienced. And that I got a free ring out of this whole thing. I will not be buying from GGG again, I would suggest travelling to their store to purchase. I hope that these issues improve as the jewellery is beautiful. I am oddly glad that I am not alone in my experience & that it is over.

Visited their Derby store after reading about them in a leading fashion magazine. A great and unique selection of jewellery, unlike anything else I’ve seen, and an option of bespoke jewellery also - amazing! Their store had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and Paris was happy to answer all my questions around my choice of purchase. I will be back. Thanks again !

Ordered a ring for my sister’s birthday at the start of December. It has now been 15 weeks and no replies to my email. I just want a refund, safe to say my sister was disappointed. Such a shame as the jewellery is beautiful!

*UPDATE 3* Leave a negative review… get an email!!! Another email now blaming DPD, more illness in the team that is delaying order!!! No DPD tracking number supplied! ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!! *UPDATE 2 * If I could leave ZERO stars I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Appalling customer service, ordered ring for daughter in November 2022, chased in December and received rude responses, telling me it had been dispatched and then infact it had not! Chased in January, no reply! Chased in February, no reply! When I left a poor review I got a response within minutes!!! STILL NO RING!!!! Received email to say had been dispatched on 6th March DPD, when I asked for tracking ID NO RESPONSE!!! Chased again via email and they do not reply. 19th March still no ring! I appreciated you are a small business and have had issues but STOP Selling jewellery to people and taking their money when you cannot fulfil their orders!!! At the very least, respond to your customers messages honestly and professionally!!! *UPDATE* Got an initial response after leaving review, but then nothing, still no ring or response to emails of when or if it will ever arrive!!! I appreciate you have issues but can someone please respond to my emails!!! *First review* Ordered a ring for my daughter 11 weeks ago (Nov 2022) still not received! Emailed before Christmas and replies were very rude! Chased again post Christmas… no response!

I unfortunately have to echo previous reviews and say that my experience with this business has not been good at all. In my first experience with GGG, my mum placed an order for four rings on 21st October 2022, and chased the order on 29th November (my birthday which the rings were originally for). She was informed that orders were currently taking 6 weeks, which we were happy to wait for, and that they would have hurried the order if they had known it was for a birthday. 9 weeks later they finally arrived, with no communication even acknowledging the order had taken 3 weeks longer than promised. I was happy to understand this because Christmas is a busy time especially for small businesses etc. I placed an order myself on 29th December, at which point the waiting times were stated as being a few different things depending on if you checked the website or social media. 11 weeks later I requested to cancel the order because I felt I had waited long enough, and received a reply referencing the order notes page – which is full of seemingly meaningless reasons as to why orders take so long (what exactly is a “slow mindful jewellery brand”?!), and also that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. The order was dispatched that day. As a previous review stated, customers on the whole are supporting of small businesses and understanding of individual circumstances. However, when the brand is constantly posting on social media about trading at events and giving nothing but excuses and no apologies that orders are taking an unacceptably long time, it feels a lot like they are more interested in taking more peoples’ money than fulfilling orders that customers have already paid for. I have given two stars because I do like the jewellery I have received from GGG, but will be very unlikely to purchase from here again.
