Someone leaned out of a window and treated me like something I'd scrape off the bottom of my shoe. Your attitude was bang out of order sunshine and you can count your lucky stars you're getting 1/5 for this review as there is no option to give you zero. If you treat your customers the same way I'm surprised you're still trading.
