    Useless company, don't come for an emergency for 3/4 days (still waiting). Sub contractor said he tried to contact me yesterday to arrange a visit but ive received absolutely no calls/texts/emails regarding it whatsoever so they're obviously lying. Stuck at home with a baby and no heating! Also the customer support agent I spoke to was rude and offered no help regarding the matter. Stay away from these scammers!

    It’s been almost 1 month since I submitted my claim via the app and I’ve still not received a settlement payment despite this being approved by a third party insurer used by Get Safe. Very slow response time once claim was submitted and long wait times for replies to emails. Luckily my claim isn’t for anything urgent but the experience has so far been very disappointing. The lack of response to the poor feedback below also demonstrates just how poor the customer service is. I certainly won’t be renewing when the time comes.

    If i could mark getsafe zero i would. I wish I had read the reviews before I had taken out a policy. My policy ran out i informed them I was moving house and would not be renewing my police I am now bombarded with emails demanding money for not renewing my policy. Terrible company.

    I am unhappy with the fact that they only open from 9-5pm. It makes it very hard to find time to discuss and get approval for claims. Everything is just so slow! I tried to use the Home Emergency element of the claim as had a big leak from a shower pump, called Thursday night and "out of hours" can only take down details but can't do anything else. Friday morning I have to chase them up and they send me a plumber at 7pm. He then has to wait until Monday for approval of the materials of the job. On Monday they forget about the job so I start calling all 3 different departments that deal with such claims at 4.30pm. They put me on hold a few times and eventually hang up on me when it gets to 5pm - so I have to wait until tomorrow to even get an answer - it's so much more efficient to pay your own plumber who doesn't need "authorisation." In terms of the policy cost, it's cheap and coverage seems to be equivalent to other similar insurers, although I've never made an actual claim on the policy.

    I’ve been trying the last four months for them to pay up for a claim. They are now saying I’m not covered under the policy which is a lie as I had an emergency. I’m not renewing this pointless company. Bad service, can’t reach anyone via the phone, left holding on for over an hour to speak to someone. The App and email is useless.
