    I placed and paid for my items only to have something else delivered, nothing I ordered was in the bag. When I finally got through to someone they said it'll sorted out ASAP, I'm still waiting for my shopping 3 hours later. Terrible service I won't be using then again, they took my money and couldn't be bothered to send me what I paid for. Gorillas are far more professional, I'll be using them from now on.

    First order delivered no problem, on second order everything went terribly wrong already: one of the items was not delivered by rider, contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY which said they would schedule a second delivery with the missing item that same evening.... it never arrived. Contacted customer service again the following day and still nothing happened! Not only they never delivered the missing item which I had paid for, they also never offered a refund!!! What kind of customer service is this??! Such a scam! I'll keep placing my orders through deliveroo cause these guys have lost a customer very very quickly. Such a joke, stay away
