This is no longer in Colchester. It is apart of DJ superstore in Leigh-on-sea. I have recently (December 22) been here twice... It seems to be whoever is on shift, depending on service levels.... 1st time was great, the staff were up beat and friendly, even though they were about to shut on a Saturday... The next time (another Saturday) different people. These ones, were NOT friendly, helpful or even seemed to know what they were doing...? So it depends on the staff I found.

It's an industrial unit with everything I would like to use as I start my hobby. I went to discuss kit for starting and the staff member was super helpful. Took the time to settle my concerns as a know nothing, point me to suitable equipment and music download sites. I just turned up but it's recommended to make an appointment. Would recommend and will go back. Thanks.

Had problem's with the microphone came with the Portable PA system bought 6 months ago, spoken to a very helpful person called Craig, understood the problem straightaway and arranged to send the replacement microphone which arrived within 2 days, brilliant customer service, definitely recommend this company, very helpful/professional.

Found this gem on the internet whilst looking for a new turntable. Called the guys up, they had stock, price matched the product and I went down to pick up the same day. When getting to the store, the gentleman that served me was incredibly friendly and professional and was more than happy to offer me advice and was clearly knowledgeable in his field. Was a shame I could not enter the shop and have a look around, but they informed me they would be open again soon! 5 star experience and a very happy customer.
