The guidance, support and a great deal of work (especially by Jack) on our recent project to replace our IT infrastructure and operating systems was absolutely exemplary. Everything went better than planned in terms or timescale, cost and value. Jack was absolutely pivotal in the smooth transition and understood many issue quite possibly outside of his brief to give us a very comprehensive changeover. For example, his knowledge of Sage Financial Controller and his willingness always to earn, saved us a great deal of time and trouble. Likewise with several other bespoke applications that he also successfully migrated. I am delighted with the result and this great new system will allow us to achieve even great scaleability, not to mention peace of mind having Get Support as our new partner!
