What can I say about Sarah? Sarah is not only a PT, she’s also a coach, mentor and a friend. After years of training with different PT’s – I have it the jackpot with Sarah! Sarah is knowledgeable, understanding and motivating. After a previous injury it was really important to me that I feel safe whilst training and with Sarah’s sole focus on technique on anything we do – I know I can trust her guidance and feel safe in the gym. As one of Sarah's 'older' recently retired clients, I turned to her with tales of woe of loss of muscle and strength and concern for bone health. As someone who has never had the knowledge or confidence to use a commercial gym, I was very anxious at the prospect. No need. Sarah took all my concerns on board and designed a programme with my starting point and aims in mind. Sarah took it slowly, patiently teaching and stressing technique and this programme has stepped up as I got stronger. I can see results (the sleeveless tops I thought were gone forever, will be coming out of hibernation!) I feel so much better both physically and mentally and surprised myself that I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to our sessions. Thank you Sarah!
