Please read this review before you make decision: This agency is FAKE. The agent name is Mahboob and he is a FRAUD! I have been a victim and I am writing this review to alert people. We didn't know about his process of getting mortgage untill we got rejected, the agent gave us full assurance of getting a mortgage and he charged extra £300 on top of £1600 saying that he is going to make fake salary slips as our income is low. While applying for mortgage he no where mention about his agency, he just take your details and fill the online application behalf of you. Beware, he will keep mentioning that he is not responsible if you don't get the offer letter, here is the catch, he just apply online and if you get rejected, you can't blame him. If anyone need more information please do not hesitate to contact me, I will share all the documents and his chat history. Once you pay, your money is gone forever, be careful!
