2 out of 3 cleaners were decent however have 2 months of coming to the house Elena and Veronica who book in the appointments have said no we won't be coming for any future cleans....they are definitely not reliable their Sunday cleaner wasn't a cleaner Anna and couldn't come close to finishing for £16/hour. Stay AWAY

First experience with Get Set Clean, the cleaner broke the plug hole mechanism in our sink so it was jammed shut. We tried to fix it together but couldn't so we called head office. Huge language barrier as everything we were saying had to be done over google translate. Spoke to woman on the phone who got pretty irate with me blaming me for the broken sink and doing nothing to apologise or be helpful. In the end the cleaner managed to fix the sink but left early, no apology, we had wasted time on these phone calls and trying to fix the sink and the house was left with a poor quality clean despite the 2hrs not being up. Surfaces left unwiped, hairs and crumbs left on the floor. We keep our flat in good condition and it's tiny so these basic things shouldn't be left behind, it's not like there was much to do in the first place. Disappointing. Won't be using again.
