Absolutely brilliant communication with the company, will continue using. The parcel company has mishandled my purchase and a few items where damaged by the parcel company. I reached out to the company whom got back in touch straight away and helped me and resent the items which where damaged. Bought 3000 pairs of socks. Emailed us the next day to say they only have 300 which was fine I said we'd just take a refund for the ones they don't have & take the 300 they have - sent us 300 but they were completely different to the photo on the website (they're long sport socks) not the socks on the listing (which I have screenshots of) - I've emailed them everyday since - No reply. I've emailed the owner Graham, still no reply. I've also contacted their other company email & I've tried ringing a few times a day & there's no answer. I've now had to report it to Paypal.

I have had one occasion that there wasn’t enough stick to fulfil my order. But I received an email and refund within 10 minutes which I can’t complain about! Will order again

I placed an order for 10 sublimation bottles I needed urgently for an order and I paid £25 to receive them next day before 10am. Received an email advising they only had 2 so I replied that I would take them as I was desperate. Received a partial refund for missing bottles. Waited in for the delivery but they didn't turn up until around 3.30pm far later than 10am I had specifically paid for! To my horror when I opened the boxes one bottle had already been printed on. I then had to wait a week for the warehouse to reopen before they would even deal with my query. When I chased they advised they had sent out the bottle in error as it was one they had printed for a customer (breaching copyright i would add!) so would replace the bottles when I next ordered. I will not be placing another order in the near future so I want my money back as well as the £25 because I didn't get my delivery in time!

Awful buying experience, will never use again. I ordered 22 Acrylic Blocks and when they arrived 13 of the 22 were damaged. I wasn’t too worried as things can get damaged in the post, although I thought the packaging was a little flimsy. I emailed Get Print Supplies via the email address on their “contact us” page with 13 images attached and waited 4 working days, no response. I then followed up that email with the same message but using the websites contact form and after an additional week still nothing. I then tried calling the company via the number listed on the “contact us” page and got no response. It’s now been a little over two weeks and I have heard nothing back thus I am going to make a claim via Barclays. I do not recommend buying form this company but if you do please use a credit card as it provides more protection. Also take photos for proof.
