Very well packed - just few recyclable cardboard pieces wich does not fill your bin full. Frame is solid and easy AF to assemble, there are spare screws included in the kit, manual is easy to read and understand. Just basic tools required. Little "crackly" for first few days but now completely silent. Fantastic bed! MANY THANKS and GOOD NIGHT!

Our new bed is absolutely stunning! As we wanted to see the bed that we were actually going to buy, we visited their warehouse to see it. Cara was very kind and helpful. She greeted us and showed us around. Her colleague even helped me jump start my car! It was very nice of her! Franqui and Shannon delivered and assembled the bed for us. Excellent service! Will definitely buy again in the future!

These beds are poor quality for what they are ammd extremely difficulty to assemble. When our bed arrived several of the pre drilled holes were in the wrong places or poorly placed so that the parts did not fit together properly, we had to drill new holes in several places which involved us measuring the frame so that we could make sure the holes were drilled in the right place. Also I want to query why the bed is held together by screws and not Allan key bolts, bolts would have made it far easier to put together and it would have been a lot sturdier if it was constructed by bolts. A few weeks after using the bed one side of the ottoman collapse and we had to have a replacement part ordered, no new screws or ottoman mechanism were provided with the new part, so I had to buy screws myself and fix the ottoman mechanism myself. Then after 9 months of having the bed, one of thee pierced that holds the inner ottoman frame to the outer bed frame collapsed in, we didn't bother to contact the company this time as we didn't want to have deassemble the whole bed to fix the part so we fixed it ourselves. The bed is less than a year old and the slats are really creaky and given how many times it has broken I do not expect it to last. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a new bed

We ordered an Oxford super king bed back in January and have just had it delivered and built (been waiting for our room to be completed). Peter, who came to deliver and install the bed was really polite, friendly and professional. He built the bed quickly and it looks great! Customer services have also been helpful, I rang them to upgrade to the white glove service and the member of staff I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. Can't wait to sleep in our new bed this evening!

We visited the showroom and was greeted by Ellie, who gave fantastic customer service. The delivery team were friendly and considerate. The bed was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Assembly was extremely easy, with easy to follow instructions. I would recommend to others as it is a wonderfully crafted, solid, sturdy bed.

Terrible delivery and customer service.Although we arrange the bed to be built it arrived in a flat pack. The driver just said that he couldn't assemble the bed for us as "his colleague didn't hear the alarm and was late for work" 1 Also the quality of the oak wood is not perfect and we had to hire a handy man to strengthen the bed frame. It way too expensive for such a low quality of both service and wood!
