iPhone 8 Plus given in for new screen. Phone handed back completely unresponsive, not working. Confrontational handover asking to charge more for investigating THEIR damage, refusal to simply charge for a screen repair and asking for more £££. Cowboy business, no idea at all about Apple products or human decency. Just fired off an email to my lawyer to start legal proceedings as I've lost ALL my data. I sincerely hope these muppets go out of business ASAP and spare someone else from their total lack of tech expertise and professionalism. Oh and Craig, would you mind deleting the unauthorised photo you took of my house? You come across as a bit of a stalker. Very odd.

Went to business on Tuesday and met with Craig who offered me £30 for one of my Sony phones I was looking to sell that was in as new condition and £30 for another Sony phone where the condition was excellent except the charging port needed replacing as assessed by the 02 shop. I also had a tablet which worked but no screen display showing which he offered me £40 for. I accepted the offer of £100 for all 3 and agreed to him keeping the phones for a couple of days to check the isbn number and to download all photos from my non working Sony phone which would be deducted from the £100. Didnt hear anything so contacted him on the third day. Received a text saying that he no longer wanted the Sony phones as he had that day bought 6 Sony phones from another company! Told me if they had contacted me the day before as agreed he would have bought the phones! In my opinion dishonourable for a company to have an offer accepted to then withdraw that offer because something else comes along. Its untrustworthy and messes sellers around. My experience dealing with Craig was intimidating and demeaning in the way he spoke to me too. Only gave 2 🌟 because they managed to recover the photos which I paid for out of the tablet sale.
