Words cannot describe how bad this company is. I had to threaten them with court in an attempt to get my unit back from them, which they have had for three months, taken my money, and not fixed. Their communication and customer service is abysmal. "I have no update for you" is considered an appropriate and complete response to enquiries. Another person managed to fix it in 48 hours, was just a dead resistor. Still trying to get my refund from this company - 5 months into the whole saga now. Avoid.

Have to assume this is a criminal enterprise. They have my amplifier, I've paid them an express repair fee and they won't answer my calls or emails. I think they are taking people's money then stealing their equipment and selling it on. All positive reviews on them must be fake.

I booked a repair of an expensive headphone. They asked to pay for premium service to get it checked ASAP, and I did. Subsequently, I was told about the fault and asked for payment, and I did. Finally, after a few weeks, they came back to say it was not repairable and offered me a £40 refund. But that refund never came. I doubt if the Company is seriously an expert to repair electronics or just a cowboy company. Update: Finally after repeated follow up and public review the Company refunded £40.

DO NOT USE. They tried twice to repair my cd player that was skipping tracks. Said it was repaired but came back with a worst tracking problem. I sent a video of player skipping tracks , MY CHOICE, they said they can not see it, but it was there, i could see it on their messenger account. Too big to send on an email, ( 18 secs long ) They said it had to go on an email ? NOT POSSIBLE. Ignores my request for a refund (£100) £60+ for repair, £30+ postage. Freepost to go, £30+ to return, which you find out to get it back, TWICE UNREPAIRED. Contact with them is good at first, then they ignore you. £100 GONE. WORST ONLINE TREATMENT I HAVE HAD.
