I chose this company as they seemed to be the sustainable option, and they sold Stanley and Stella clothing which is the brand that we wanted for our business merchandise. We have had numerous issues with them that have taken months to come to any sort of resolution. In a nutshell; we ordered some t-shirts printed with our logo, some of which were in the colour 'natural raw'. Immediately we realised the print on this colour t-shirt faded so extremely that the t-shirts were unsellable. We brought this up with the company and they said they knew that this happened with t-shirts in this colour.. The t-shirts were not fit for purpose, they refused to refund them / take them back, eventually they agreed to 're cure' them (run an iron over the print). I had to email them many times to get the t-shirts back - every part of this process took countless emails, always chasing them up. When we finally received them back, they were not folded but were crumpled in a pile and some of the t-shirts were stained. Communication was terrible throughout this entire process, more than once they would not reply for over a month and would later blame it on their emails or some other poor excuse. There's nothing sustainable about selling t-shirts that aren't fit for purpose - this is basically greenwashing. I don't like to leave bad reviews but as a small business ourselves, dealing with this company has honestly been a nightmare.

Hi, I wanted to leave a review as I was very happy with the service we have received. I was so impressed with the help I got through the design process and how quickly I was getting a response. I then came to collect and completely made the mistake of thinking you were closed! As the shutters were down and I didn't realise I could just walk through the door. I emailed you on the way back and I got a phone call back so quickly and it was arranged by Jodie that she would bring the items home with her and drop them off to my house for me. I extremely appreciated this, as I don't drive and I normally always with my little one, so its not easy to pop out. The service I have received has exceeded by expectations and will definitely be using your business again! Thank you :)

Absolutely love that I’ve found a garment decorator that aligns with my values of living and breathing their business through the lens of trying to minimise their environmental impact. Have (probably annoyingly to them) asked them so many questions about their Sustainability etc and the person I spoke to was so helpful and totally transparent. I can’t recommend them enough if you care about the environment and want to put your designs onto things. (And the printing I’ve had done on garments has been just how I wanted :) and of great quality) And I’ve found them to be so reliable. Something that is so valuable to me when I am needing to rely on them to fulfil any future customers orders.
