Gave 1☆ because you can't give zero. This place closed down two years ago. My friend travelled from Leicester to sort out a visa, because he was having problems online. I drove him to Alum Rock so he wouldn't have to worry about parking. Then found a place to park some distance away. As a result both of us have wasted fuel. Eventually, he discovered that Gerry's have moved to a nearby office, but that was also closed on Saturdays. Whether they actually are there, we do not know. He wanted to use this company because he could only travel here on a Saturday when the Consulate is closed.

Totally unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. They were quick taking my money. I paid for an executive service for a POC for my wife, which is supposedly ready within 7 working days. Turned out they still haven’t processed the application after 10 days. They are bunch of animals running this business. For anyone who wants to apply for any Pakistani document/card visa etc you can do it online, don’t go to these thieves. I will be going on Monday to get my money back.

Animals. Nightmare.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phones are not being answered, no one to ask for help, opening times are incorrect, staff is half asleep and rude like they own the place, you have to travel all the way from Bristol to Birmingham only to find out that they're closed, when i spoke to the lazy and abrupt 'Consulate of Pakistan's' staff he told me that Gerry is open and when i checked the opening hours on the website it also said OPEN but it was closed when I went there. Why?? why are you turning UK into one of our Asian countries (Pakistan, India), why can't you just follow and respect the simple rules and procedures here in the UK by providing us with the correct information, what's causing the un-professionalism and illiteracy?
