They don't sell you the coins because you don't pay energy bills directly yourself, because you live in a rented all inclusive property... But☝️they will happily email you advertising about "best value coins" till the rest of your life. Its funny how I never came across a gold selling company requiring anything more than a bank statement or nothing at all. But Gerrards are really somewhat special. You will need your Passport, energy bills and some other documents, can't remember what... Obviously, it's eassier to pass an airport check than to buy a golden coin from Gerrards, which they will sell to you and not send, untill a full investigation into your life. Maybe you will even require a vaccination pass in the future. Then, when they will fail to get your life history they will start a weeks worth refund... That's the experience...

Really efficient and transparent process with explanations on the pricing on the different karats of gold and how it all adds up. Very knowledgeable and efficient team. Very bad experience and a VERY unprofessional company. They are FREQUENTLY wrong about identifying the correct purity of metals. They purely rely on primitive methods of testing and the opinion of the person testing. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE that Gerrards has NOT invested in a metal testing gun that is very accurate, quick and can quickly identifies the accurate purity of metals. There could only be two reasons for this: they don't want to spend the money because it is an expensive equipment to buy and also it allows them to randomly, not accurately, decide the purity levels, thus the quoted, or wrongly quoted prices, they quote their clients which, obviously, could work to their advantage, if you know what I mean. MY advice, AVOID Gerrards. Go to Cooksongold or London Gold Centre they use a PROPER testing gun, so you will NOT be cheated.
